Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the UNRanked Sports website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by UNRanked Sports ("UNRanked," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, downloading our apps, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy at unrankedsports.com/privacy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

The Services are intended for athletes, families, coaches, scouts, agents, and other sports professionals. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Athletes under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region) may use the Services only with verifiable parental or guardian consent where required by law. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minor athletes' use of the Services.

We offer account types including athlete accounts and scout/recruiter accounts. Features available to you depend on your account type and membership plan.

UNRanked Sports is an athlete discovery platform. Athletes may create profiles, upload highlights and media, and appear in search results. Scouts and recruiters may search, watchlist, and communicate with athletes subject to plan features and privacy settings.

UNRanked does not assign proprietary athlete rankings or ratings. Discovery is based on filters such as sport, position, location, and level — and on the information athletes choose to share.

We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee placement, recruitment, scholarships, roster spots, or any particular athletic or commercial outcome.

Some features are free; others require a paid membership. Current plans include Free Athlete, All Access Athlete (monthly), and Scout (annual). Plan features and pricing are shown at checkout and on our Membership page and may change with notice where required.

On the web, paid subscriptions may be processed by Stripe. In our iOS app, in-app purchases may be processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat. On Android, purchases may be processed by Google Play. Billing terms, renewal, and cancellation are governed by the applicable platform or payment provider in addition to these Terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date through your Apple ID, Google Play, or web account settings, as applicable. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the platform through which you purchased.

We may offer promotions or limited-time pricing. Promotional terms apply at the time of purchase.

You retain ownership of content you upload, including photos, videos, stats, and profile information ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant UNRanked a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely to operate, promote, and improve the Services — including showing your profile to other users according to your privacy settings.

You represent that you have the rights to upload User Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

You agree not to: impersonate others; harass, threaten, or discriminate; upload unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing material; scrape or automate access without permission; interfere with the Services; circumvent security or access controls; or use the Services for spam or unauthorized commercial solicitation.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose risk to users or the platform.

Messaging and profile visibility are subject to your plan and privacy controls in Settings. You are responsible for the messages you send and for respecting other users' preferences.

Do not share sensitive personal information in messages unless you accept the associated risk. We may review content when required to investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

The Services, including the UNRanked name, logos, design, software, and documentation, are owned by UNRanked or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our Services or branding without written permission.

"Recognizing and Supporting the DREAM™" and related marks are used in connection with UNRanked Sports.

The Services integrate with third-party providers such as Supabase (hosting and authentication), Stripe (web payments), RevenueCat (mobile subscriptions), and platform stores including Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and policies.

Links to third-party websites or social profiles are provided for convenience. UNRanked is not responsible for third-party content or practices.

You may stop using the Services at any time. You may delete your account from Account & security settings in the app or website, or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or where required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, though provisions that by nature should survive will remain in effect.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

UNRanked does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, the accuracy of user-submitted stats or media, or the conduct of any user. You use the Services and interact with other users at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNRanked AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID UNRanked IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UNRanked and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction apply.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at the email below and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve a dispute within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue remedies in the courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Services or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
